Privacy Policy

Glassboard doesn't collect, track or share your data. Everything you enter stays on your device, and the app only talks to the Grafana servers you add.

What the app stores

To connect to your Grafana servers, Glassboard saves the following on your device only:

None of this is sent to the developer or to anyone else.

Network connections

Glassboard connects directly from your device to the Grafana servers you add, to load dashboards, run panel queries and read alert rules. There is no Glassboard server in between. The data you view is governed by the operator of that Grafana server.

If you tap Try the Demo, the app connects anonymously to play.grafana.org, a public demo run by Grafana Labs. Their privacy policy applies to that site.

What the app doesn't do

Crash reports from Apple

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS settings (Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), or send feedback through TestFlight, Apple may give the developer anonymous crash logs and usage statistics, or the feedback you send. This is controlled by you and handled under Apple's privacy policy.

This website

glassboard.ca uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Deleting your data

Removing a server in Settings deletes its saved token or password from the Keychain, along with its pinned panels and recent dashboards. Deleting the app removes the rest of its data from your device.

Children

Glassboard is a tool for monitoring software systems and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
